GGuest UserI booked this room for my nephew and his wife, James Giordano. Apparently business is very good at this location. There was a Bat matzah party going on right beneath my nephew’s room and it was very noisy. My nephew called the desk to complain they were unable to sleep due to the loudness. The front desk said it would be over at 11 pm. My nephew said he and his wife asked for a different room away from the noise. The desk was reluctant to fill that request causing my nephew to tell them give us a full refund and we will go somewhere else. The desk agreed to giving them a different room. So they packed up and went to a different room. Very inconvenient and unsettling.
GGuest UserWhat a truly nice experience ! They are so helpful and friendly and the rooms were really nice. Loved how close it is to a great coffee shop in Cranford too. Will stay there again for sure !
RRoma LolliA VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY NEAR NJ AIRPORT.. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. AIRPORT SHUTTLE ON TIME AND DRIVER IS FRIENDLY.. WILL DEFINITELY HERE AGAIN
CChristian KACHIBII had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Newark Hotel. While the hotel is far from downtown, it’s a great choice for travelers flying in or out of Newark Airport. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff made the experience smooth and hassle-free. Perfect for a quick stopover!
GGuest UserCompared with urban hotels, facilities need to be improved. The service staff is polite and answer all questions. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the travel is convenient. Across the road is the train station.
WWeinisenlinStaying here again, it's very convenient to take the shuttle to P4.
It rained both days after I checked in. I could hide in my room or go to the lobby to get some fresh air, but I couldn't walk across the road to Jersey Garden for shopping and eating. I ordered Uber Eat, which was a bit expensive, but they would call me at the front desk when I arrived.
There are still too many crew members.
I remember that we didn’t have breakfast before, but now we have it. It’s the heated kind. Fortunately, I have an American stomach, so I think it’s pretty good.
Personally, I feel that the EWR entry and exit experience is better than that of JFK.
AAnonymous UserOverall good hotel , bed is very comfortable so can sleep well beside room is very clean.
The girl at receptionist is not friendly, no sense working ay hospitality but the men wearing glasses is very friendly. Housekeepers is also friendly & helpfull although speaking little English Good location just short walk to Mills Jersey Garden Mall👍👍
HHenrychen1970The room is quite spacious with a kitchen. The disadvantage is that the breakfast is too simple, only a few desserts and coffee, oatmeal, nothing else
Aarshyb1I wouldn’t say this place is exactly family friendly. It looked a little scary, but in the end, we just needed a place to stay that was on the cheaper side. It’s definitely not worth the price. Check in was easy. There’s free parking for guests (if you can find parking), but the rooms were basic. I booked a king size bedroom, but we got 2 double beds. It could be because we arrived late and they gave our room away. The place was pretty full.
It is really convenient if you are travelling from Newark Liberty Hotel because it’a only 5 minutes away. You can take the metro into the city or drive (the drive is about 40 mins into New York City). They are also pet friendly. Room service doesn’t seem to be available while the stay. I guess if you are staying long term you can ask for towel replacement and whatever else.
There wasn’t a hot tub like the pictures showed, but the bathroom does have a tub. They provide towels and soap, so bring your own things including a hair dryer if needed!
