AAnonymous UserThis type of suite room at Hyatt House seems to be quite rare in Waltham. This space is very comfortable and convenient to live in. The hotel provides free breakfast, but if you are not satisfied, you can also buy your own food and cook breakfast in the kitchen in the room. The front desk is also very nice.

AAnonymous UserThe room is large, but the mattress is too high, and the sofa is old and dirty, so I dare not sit on it. The room has a balcony, but it is useless in winter.
The air conditioner is very loud and cannot be turned on when sleeping.
Pros: The gym is good with complete equipment; breakfast is rich in variety.
Cons: The attitude of the front desk staff is average
After staying for a few days, I found that my body was swollen, red and itchy, as if it was caused by mosquito bites, so I dare not stay there anymore. Although there is no evidence that it is the hotel's problem, I stayed there for nearly ten days and did not stay anywhere else.
