Great location in the centre of Greeley, will be booking again for my next trip

Very good hotel smooth check in would come again if I come back to that place

No food/covid-19. Only 1 washcloth and hand towel provided. It was apparent that all surfaces had not been wiped down. Although I always wipe everything down again anyway. For my own peace of mind.

Room was very cold upon arrival furnace was off  Took awhile to warm room up. It would be nice to warm up room for a visitor ahead of time. I asked for an extra blanket though. Furnace was also loud shutting on and off but the automatic setting was the best for leaving it on constant was not a good option. It was nice to have breakfast included .

After check in we had several issues. There was only one towel and it had a hole in it. Maid service was in in the hall and gave us a clean set. Good customer service but facility could use a refresh. The wifi was out for out an hour but did get back up in the early evening. Just a frustrating start to an expensive night, as we had to be out of our house for some work we were having done. Your employees responded quickly and effeciently.
