The Guest House: is detached from the main house, it has 1 full bedroom and 1 full bathroom. It can sleep 4 people. 1 queen bed and 1 pull up couch. It has a small kitchen with its own appliances, refrigerator, small cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, large closet, 65 inches TV The courtyard: When you open the first door, it’s opens to a beautiful courtyard, the heated pool, sitting area and BBQ area. The courtyard is large enough to accommodate 25 to 30 people. The property: Sits on almost 2 acres of land. There is a huge front yard and an even bigger backyard. WE HAVE A NO EVENT POLICY.If you plan to host an event, YOU MUST receive prior approval from us.Ice maker The house has a new refrigerator, however we have opted not to connect the ice maker.
