This is my second time staying here. Super convenient location, just 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was awesome — so many choices, you’ll be spoiled. They’ve got shuttle service to the airport every hour too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only thing I didn’t quite like was the room — felt a bit stale, missing that fresh hotel scent.

Good place to stay since it was near to the airport. The hotel will arrange for the shuttle to airport. Will stay again if landed going to jakarta.

Breakfast was good, hotel gave us late checkout until 2pm, facilities ok. Front desk very friendly, overall, it was a decent stay, but nothing nearby the hotel.

The airport shuttle service was disappointing. The hotel staff failed to provide the pick-up location and did not inform me of the shuttle schedule at the time of booking. Although I had provided my flight details and arrival time when reserving the service, I had to send several messages after arriving at the airport before receiving a reply with the pick-up location and shuttle schedule. This left me waiting at the airport for 40 minutes. While the hotel eventually arranged for a private car to pick me up immediately, such a mistake is unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
The gym equipment is somewhat basic. Given that this hotel is located near the airport, most guests likely choose to stay here because they have a flight the next day. As such, guests are unlikely to leave the hotel once checked in, making the quality of the hotel's facilities even more important. This is an area I recommend improving.

10mins ride from airport, comes with complimentary shuttle. Service was great, breakfast selection slightly lesser compare to other sheratons hotel. Sheraton hotels adopt resort vibes hence mosquito is unavoidable.

The room was okay, but clearly needs updating and freshening up, as it seems quite old. The walk from reception to the ground floor looked dirty, and needs a deep clean.
Found hairs in the bathroom where the cleaning was missed, and the glasses provided for drinking from were disgusting, and not at all what i expect, smeared and didn't look at all clean, so i went to the bar area and got some new clean glasses. Food was okay. Staff are welcoming and friendly
