The place is okay.. I just wanted to have very cool room and free of noise.. I hope there were glasses and kettle. Potable water be at the hallway.

Accessible to airport and bus terminal, the staff is very accomodating and helpful, the facilities is clean.

I am writing on behalf of a guest who recently stayed at your hotel and encountered an issue with the billing process. The guest had reserved a stay for four nights but was unexpectedly asked to pay PHP 1,800 for five nights. Despite their attempts to clarify the booking details, your staff insisted on charging for an additional night that was neither booked nor stayed.
This billing discrepancy caused significant inconvenience and frustration for the guest. As a result, they kindly request a review of this matter and a refund for the additional night charged.
