Excellent Choice for Business Travelers I booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was excellent. Location – The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport. You can walk directly from Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila footbridge in about 10 minutes. It's also less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. Rooms – The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the suites come with a living area and a standalone bathtub. The hotel also has an outdoor heated pool with a swim-up bar. Service – Service from the hotel staff was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Dining – The breakfast buffet was amazing with a nice variety of choices. The on-site restaurants and there's also a lobby bar and a pool bar for evening cocktails. Amenities – The property felt premium and luxurious. It's connected to Newport World Resorts, Newport Mall just a 2-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Both my boss and client had a pleasant stay and gave very positive feedback. I would definitely consider booking this hotel again for future business trips to Manila

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

the moment we entered the room it smells GOOD, the room was clean and tidy up. they are also super responsive to any of our needs and questions before, during and even after our stay 🥹. the ambiance was CALMING, they also have appliances that you can use during your stay. overall, we are very much satisfied! the building is also near in each and every stores and even some restaurants.

Beautiful aesthetic, but needs pest control and has minor building issues.The unit's interior is stunning! The green aesthetic is very pleasing to the eye and the overall ambiance is so relaxing.However, there were a few downsides during our stay. We noticed a lot of small cockroaches inside the unit, so I hope the host can maintain regular pest control or spraying. Additionally, the building elevator seemed under maintenance, and guests aren't allowed to use the swimming pool without an authorization letter from the unit owner. I hope the host informs future guests about these rules beforehand.Overall, the room itself is beautiful, but a few improvements in cleanliness and coordination would make it much better.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Every time I book here, I always get a good night’s sleep and feel well-rested the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always pleasant. Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

The only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels. WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay. I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos? I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries
