Good hotel. You get what exactly what you paid for. Very recommended to friends and to others. Staffs are friendly and nice. Location is very accessible and safe.

Don’t be fooled by this hotel’s rating! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything about it was disappointing—from the inconvenient and cramped location to the terrible customer service, especially from the front desk staff. They acted arrogantly, as if the hotel was some grand establishment, which it definitely isn’t. If you have a car, do not stay here. The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and congested—it’s almost an accident waiting to happen. Parking is a nightmare, and the area is hard to find. The hotel is tucked away in a sketchy-looking spot that makes you question whether it’s a hotel or a motel. Even basic requests like borrowing a hairdryer require you to go all the way to the front desk—there’s no room service or in-room assistance. The staff are unhelpful, unfriendly, and full of attitude. It’s a frustrating place to stay. There are far better options at the same price point with much better service and location. This hotel offers absolutely no value for money. I will never book here again. Even Trip.com’s customer service had a difficult time coordinating with their front desk. Avoid this place at all costs!
