Aircons are window type. It is noisy.
I like the room because it has tables and chairs for some paper works.
I hope that there are more free water than just two bottles of 250ml.

There was a power outagre for almost 5 hrs and they have generator but did not bother to turn it on for 5 hours.

Exchange Regency: poor front desk comm with security. food deliver is to be picked up at basement 1 which is hot. electricity for hot water is per visitor's request. image on advertisement is not true vs. actual room. Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests.
