It's really a beautiful place surrounded by tea plantations. Tranquil & quiet, away from the hustle & bustle of town. No white noise. It makes you really appreciate nature and quietness.

If they could provide the heater on the room would be much much better. The room can be very cold in the night. The view stunning, the staff very helpful. The hot water limited, which little minus for me. The road for me was good, if you enter from the Kawah Putih area. I hope they can finalize the corporation with Kawah Putih or government, so the entrance can be joining or included rather than pay separately.

Cleanliness can be improved especially on pest control. Very cold at night. Superb view

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance and cool temperatures were perfect. Just a heads up, the journey to Bobocabin is more comfortable if you go through Kawah Putih, which means you'll need to pay the entrance fee for Kawah Putih.

Malaysian here. Tak pasti kalau aku 1st Malaysian yang checked in kat sini. Tapi biar lah aku share pengalaman aku kat sini. View is stunning and highly recommended for first timer. Kenapa ? Sebab nak masuk Bobocabin ni, kau kena bayar kawah putih fee + private car (supir) aka extra charges WALAUPUN KAU TAK MASUK KAWAH PUTIH. I’m well aware as I read some Indonesian reviews before come here plus ni pertama kali aku ke Indonesia, so okay la dah alang2 nak masuk kawah putih sekali. Fee IDR 90k per pax untuk kawah putih & IDR 179k untuk private car (supir). Sekali bayar je. Bobocabin ni MEMANG LAWA GILA. Suhu boleh capai 13degree pada waktu malam. Bawa makanan sesiap Dari Bandung sebab kat sini takda kedai. Sila gerak Dari Bandung selewatnya 1pm sebab kadang jalan jem time weekend & dari entrance kawah putih ke Bobocabin ni dalam 7km by car. Kalau korang sampai selepas jam 5, jalan terlalu gelap & takda proper signage ke Bobocabin ni. We were lucky since we arrived at Kawah Putih around 6pm and got 1 pakcik follow & show the way to the Bobocabin, selain bantu temankan supir aku yang penakut tu. Hahaha. Bless u Pakcik! Perjalanan dihidangkan dengan ladang teh yang berbukit bukau. Takda lampu jalan, off-road dan kami diberitahu yang BoboCabin ni berada di atas Gunung Mayit (?). Dari atas Bobocabin ni boleh nampak lampu2 dari Bandung, Situ Patenggang, bukit2 dan gunung2. Pihak cabin ada sediakan water heater, hair dryer, microwave TAPI TAKDA SETERIKA ! 🤣 They sell food but less option. Mostly sold out. Better bawa sesiap k! Here’s a polished version of your review: Nice and modern place with an extraordinary view and cool weather. I highly recommend staying here. However, since many of the facilities are fully digital, there can occasionally be issues with the Wi-Fi connection, which may cause the door lock system to malfunction and not open properly. Other than that, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The location and views are fantastic, but the last 30 minutes of the road are still in poor condition. The price is quite expensive due to the difficult access. However, it would be much better if the facilities provided were also commensurate with the price.

The location and views are unbeatable. Beautiful and tranquil. However do not spend the extra money for the hot tub rooms. The “hot tub” is basically just a regular tub outside. Which the hot water was coming out so slowly that after 20 minutes only enough water to cover a foot had come out, it would have taken one hour or more to fill. One window is see-thru without ability to close. Minimal view but others could see inside your cabin, this was an issue for my wife who wears a hijab and felt uncomfortable at times. I would definitely stay again, but not paying the extra money for a non-able to use “hot tub”

We had a great one night stay. Would love to come back to try the night bbq and see the sunset someday.

The facilities were great and the view was absolutely stunning, but it was so cold in the evening and morning it felt like winter. An electric blanket is a must! It makes me want to go back. One night isn't enough; you really need at least two.

The location is amazing... it's cool with a tranquil green view as far as the eye can see. The staff service is also very friendly and helpful.
