A full service resort in the mid interior of Uruguay was a surprise to us, but a good stopping point on our drive from Salto to the Atlantic. A picturesque location on the river, indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, activities, a kids’ club—it’s all there. With a very enjoyable family atmosphere. We did not do AI, breakfast was included for us and we bought dinner one of our two nights (which was very expensive). Food was typical AI in our experience: plentiful but not gourmet. A bar had tasty and inexpensive wine and beer. Our room was comfortable and clean. The resort is showing some signs of age. There was a language barrier because we speak almost no Spanish and staff spoke almost no English. But every staff person we dealt with was so helpful and kind.

There was basicly good service. There is a long desk in the room with only 1 chair in a 2 persons room. After requesting a 2nd chair in two weeks we didn't get any, one of us must sit in the bed. The cleaning is every day, the floor under the bed is really dusty anyhow. The location of the hotel could be better. It is on the riverside, and there is a junk yard nearby, where the rubish is burned. The wind takes quite bad odors sometimes. One can not walk around in the town in the evenings, as it is too far to walk. The breakfast is a lot, always exactly the same, there is never any vegetables with it. The service is good enough. the personal is not openly welcoming, I liked anyhow the view of the window. The hotel is basically comfortable.

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, toda la familia se divirtió mucho. La animación fue excelente y realmente superó nuestras expectativas. La comida estuvo aceptable, aunque lo más destacado fueron la habitación y las instalaciones, que estaban en perfectas condiciones. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia y sin dudas lo recomendamos. Saludos a Eve,Erica y Lola

Es la tercera vez que vamos, la comida, el personal, el espacio, la comida, las instalaciones, todo de primera. Te tratan impecable, todos los días coordinan distintas actividades, no hay tiempo para no entretenerse. La comida, todo fresco, natural y de primera calidad. El régimen all inclusive, es el mejor que hay en la región.
