Bellasera Hotel & Suites Paso Robles, Tapestry by Hilton

Was not overly impressed with our stay. We had a balcony room but the balcony and furniture were super dirty - very disappointing. Had to use an extra sheet on the chairs to sit down. Our neighbors had a dog and were smoking *** on their deck as my kids and I were enjoying our balcony. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. I struggled to find easily accessible outlets in the room to charge our devices - poor design and not user friendly. Our screen to the balcony had a big hole in it near the door handle. Overall would not stay at this location again.

The bathtub in my room was broken and that was one of the biggest reasons I got that room. When I called the front desk it took me over an hours to get ahold of them because my phone was broken in my room.

Oh my goodness! The bed was incredibly comfortable and room was spacious. Delicious choices for breakfast.

Room was very clean, hotel ok, very small property, staff in restaurant lacking basic customer service. Little to no amenities.

Great room Our room was great. It had everything we needed. Loved the fire place. The only bad thing was that the remodeled neighboring motel was playing music late
