Check in was easy no complaint there. You have to buy snacks and water with cash which is Súper inconvenient. How they don’t offer room charge or contactless pay in this day and age is beyond me. We traveled with friends and our room was decent compared to our friends. Their room was dirty and falling apart. There’s this musty damp smell all through the hotel it was pretty gross. We booked this hotel at the recommendation of a local and I guess you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff was nice though.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. I thought I was going to have an issue with making noise. The manager on duty was right on it and even came to my room personally to speak to me about it. Definitely looking forward to staying there again!

old and in need of renovation. Mold on ceilings in bathroom, even though it was 90+ out, pool was closed. Security readers not working, had to go in through front desk.

The room 229 is in need of repairs, carpet is dusty and dirty, the ceiling needs fixing and the bathroom grout between the tiles were black.
After complaints I was transferred to another room which was better.

There was debris on the 4th floor carpet and a dirty white towel outside one of the rooms. Totally unacceptable.

We found thebpropertty well maintained. The sraff was friendly. We did run i to a small instance about towels. We arrived later in the evening amd wanted fresh towels early because we had a very early start. There was some resistance, but we got it woeked out. No other hiccups
Would definitely stay there again.
