We have just arrived home from this hotel after a 5-night stay and to say the staff made it better, would be an understatement! Francesca, Grazia and Laura (especially) made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was our first time travelling with our toddler and they couldn’t have been more amazing. Thank you for much for being so attentive. P.s Tio will also be missed!

We stayed there for 4 nights to attend a Family wedding. Staff friendly. Lovely pool area and garden. Lovely location. Nearby train station so we were able to go on a day trip to Florence. Option of having breakfast which was good value . In walking distance of a supermarket.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo albergo molto carino. La proprietaria gentilissima. Appena arrivati e siamo entrati nella stanza che ho adorato essendo un mini appartamento, ottimo per la mia bimba che era libera di muoversi. Dietro alla nostra terrazzina c'era anche il parco giochi. Vicinissimo al lago Trasimeno.Colazione buona.

Una bella struttura ben tenuta, camere pulite, spaziose, con letti comodi e bagni all'altezza e con il plus di un balconcino con tavolino, colazione buona e abbastanza completa, bella piscina anche se purtroppo ancora non attiva, palestra completa, bel tavolo da ping pong e super biliardo!...ma soprattutto grande accoglienza e professionalità. Il valore aggiunto? I proprietari e i loro collaboratori. Complimenti.

Endroit fabuleux. Personnel serviable et très gentil. Petit déjeuner copieu et varié (sucré et salé). Appartement spacieux et commode. Infrastructures propres et au top. A 100 mètres d'une piste cyclable agréable et en pleine nature. A 100 mètres également d'une moyenne surface et à proximité d'une sortie d'autoroute. Piscine super sympa et entourée de pins. Qualité marquante : l'accueil du personnel. A recommander +++

Seconda volta in questo albergo, stavolta soggiorno di una settimana, esperienza ottima come la prima, tutto perfetto, atmosfera familiare, cortesia e gentilezza alla reception e di tutto il personale, stanze fresche nonostante il caldo soffocante, piscina bella, ambienti curati, posizione strategica per visitare Umbria e parte della Toscana e soprattutto relax, relax,relax!!!

Scelto per le recensioni positive che non corrispondono assolutamente al vero..Senza ascensore.Stanze spogli con ricordi di zanzare spiaccicate al muro, ragni. Lenzuola di bassissima qualità e qualche letto sfondato. Colazione davvero pessima.Mi chiedo dove alloggiano di solito chi fa una recensione positiva a questo hotel!

Ho soggiornato una sola notte, in coppia e la mia recensione è assolutamente positiva. L'hotel è in posizione molto comoda, facile da raggiungere con le indicazioni del navigatore. Si possono affittare biciclette sia elettriche che non, con le quali abbiamo avuto la possibilità di raggiungere il centro e visitare tutto il lungo lago. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e confortevoli. Il personale attento, disponibile e brillante è sempre pronto a dare consigli. La colazione con buffet è ricca e variegata. Area palestra e piscina a completa disposizione. Consiglio vivamente. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo
