Gálatas Golden Hotel

The room had no signs on the door when I checked in and first walked into the room. I know I should've asked for it but I did not know the receptions number and since this is a solo stay I'm trying to just have some peace and personal space. While I was in the shower the cleaners came into my room and besides not cleaning anything, they went through my personal stuff which is incredibly rude and not only conspicuous for the hotels stature but an invasion of privacy! I asked to speak to a manager(I dont even know if the lady that came is a manager) and they assured me that nobody had come into my room, but my personal belongings were not the way I left them. So what is the hotel implying ? I came solo to have some peace of mind and unfortunately it was completely ruined. ____________________________ O quarto não tinha sinais na porta quando fiz o check-in e entrei pela primeira vez no quarto. Eu sei que eu deveria ter pedido, mas eu não sabia o número de recepções e uma vez que esta é uma estadia solo, estou tentando apenas ter alguma paz e espaço pessoal. Enquanto eu estava no chuveiro, os faxineiros entraram no meu quarto e além de não limparem nada, eles passaram pelas minhas coisas pessoais, o que é incrivelmente rude e não apenas conspícuo para a estatura do hotel, mas uma invasão de privacidade! Pedi para falar com um gerente (nem sei se a senhora que veio é gerente) e eles me garantiram que ninguém havia entrado no meu quarto, mas meus pertences pessoais não eram do jeito que eu os deixava. Então, o que o hotel está implicando? Eu vim sozinho para ter alguma paz de espírito e, infelizmente, foi completamente arruinado.
