The bad thing is the lack of hot water for all 3 days of stay (the water is barely warm - they did not respond to the message about this), there are no tuk-tuks passing by the location, you need to walk 1 km, breakfast is very modest

Rooftop swimming pool is good, they took to beach and terminal 21 bus station for free by their shuttle car, breakfast also delicious

The hotel can be noisey because of the design of the central atrium being open. My stay I experienced noisey people above and beside the room.. I am not sure I would stay again.

The hotel is super! Delicious breakfasts, not like in five-star hotels of course, but we were not hungry) Very clean, modern hotel. The contingent is foreigners, there were few Russians. Convenient location - 3 beaches nearby, Russian street with an ideal smoothie for 20 baht in a fruit shop, a night market with delicious food, beautiful massage parlors. We had a simply huge room of 62 sq. m with a sea view. Very clean, good soundproofing, you can't hear anyone. The pool on the roof with a stunning view of Pattaya and the sea) I liked everything! I recommend the hotel.
