Very good hotel. Reception staff is exceptional.
The only negative point is they charge 2,000 baht for late check out after 2pm. View of ocean is very goof too!

good location, not far from the beach just walk across the street to Central pattaya and then the beach. The room is kind of serviced apartment. everything you need is provided (eg. washer&dryer, kitchenware)

Bedsheet is not clean ! Still have perfume smell from the last guest ! The staff are very helpful though , hope the room service for catering can expand more range of food selection

I love this hotel my second stay in it.
The staff are absolutely fantastic they will go beyond to make families feel welcomed. They have a fantastic kids club with different activities daily and fish feeding. Free shuttle to terminal 21 and it’s located opposite to pattaya central. Walking 5 minutes to the beach very convenient.
I will return for future stays too.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel room no 1809,with good beach view, few disappointments hot water shower was not continuous working after 10 mins, and swimming pool there is no warmer installed , water is always cold and 24th floor is always breezy and chill, but nice view water park is amazing for kids, if they install swimming pool warmer this is best place for kids and adults, very spacious room , clean and staffs are very polite and friendly, good service, location is amazing. I recommend and have would visit again.
