Every service staff is very friendly and the service is very thoughtful. The room is very quiet and clean. You can see the sea from the balcony. It is very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool is also great.

房頂無邊泳池超棒，但是我定酒店看明明有洗衣房，但是實際沒有。另外wifi有免費和收費的 不理解。

房間有味道 跟前台説了 也不給換房 服務很差 早餐也很難吃 品種很少 住4層 也看不到風景 衞生間地面很滑 摔了一跤 什麼也玩不到 影響心情 下次在也不去去了

Somerset Pattaya is always my prefered location to stay in Pattaya. Its staff is excellent and i feel like i am at home. They are located at one of the best location in Pattaya. Opposite Central festivala nd foods and markets are all within walking distance.

good location. night market nearby , can go to pattaya beach by walk it's just take about few mins. Get free upgrade to a bigger room.

Overall it was great. The location is very convenient as Central Pattaya is across the road, and it's not too hot to go to the beach if you go through the center. There is also a shuttle which I used. The bellboy was particularly friendly, but the breakfast staff were all young but unfriendly and unsmiling. There is a limited variety of food, so there is room for improvement.
