Great apartments, much better than many hotels, especially the views of the city and the sea!!! No regrets about booking these rooms.

Excellent apartment. Convenient location. Everything was clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. All appliances are in working order.

The guesthouse's location is super convenient! You can easily take a 'songthaew' (shared taxi) to many places in the city center. The process for getting the key card was a bit complicated, though. There are plenty of massage places and restaurants near the guesthouse. And it's only an eight-minute walk to the Tree Town nightlife area!

The air conditioners on the 3rd floor, room 27, don't work very well. There are cockroaches. Housekeeping isn't included in the stay. The duvet cover was missing, even though I requested it. Be careful with the outlets, they give electric shocks (I think half of them need replacing).

Good apartment, easy check-in, and a very nice owner. We noticed the showerhead was broken when we checked in, and it was replaced within half an hour without any problems. I recommend staying with this owner.

Booked based on photos, but the apartment doesn't match; it's run-down and at the end of a long corridor. The mattress was terrible. We only stayed because of the location, and there were cockroaches.

I really liked the apartment, it's small but has everything you need. It's conveniently located in the city center, not far from the beach. There's a market and a shopping mall nearby. Check-in was quick, and the host was responsive. I'll definitely be back!
