Been staying at the hotel multiple times. The location is very convenient, the reception staff is always helpful. But i think it's time to invest in renovation, since now some room elements are quite dated. Also the bedsheets are often stained. I've left tips for the housekeeping, but they didn't care to change bedsheets

I stayed at this hotel in 2015 and came back again this year. The price has gone up significantly, but the hotel is still [Kaiyangziw - assuming this is a proper noun or a specific room type/feature, otherwise needs clarification].

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and will definitely be my last. Not value for money spoiled my 2 week holiday Restaurant closed for dinner at 6.00pm and on one occasion without notificarion closed at 5.00pm due to staff shortage. Reception very unhelpful. Shower is unevenly tiled with big risk of cutting toes or falling in shower TV not working properly and told all TV's are old and nothing could be done as same in every room. Walls are paper thin allowing adjoining room noise to be easily heard. Reception tried to rip me off by charging me 60BHT instead of 10BHT for 2 broken glass bottles of drinking water. I had to take a photo of room sign showing correct cost for broken bottles. Gym equipment is very old and rusty, not air-conditioned and treadmils dont work. Bed linen not changed daily on some days bed just arranged with same linen as dat before.

Good hotel In central Pattaya, guest friendly too. Close to good restaurants, Bars, and beach. Walking street and soi 6 will require a taxi of some sort. A little dated with pealing paint, rooms can get a bit humid it AC is not dialed down low. Serve is very good staff was supper friendly
