If there is a negative score, I will give it a negative score of 100 points. Please do not book it. This is a painful lesson. I booked it for five nights, from an ordinary room to a high-end villa. At first, the air conditioner in the ordinary room was too loud, so I changed it. I couldn't fall asleep both times, so I paid extra money to change to a villa room. The manager knew that I was afraid of the noise so he changed the room, so he gave me a room next to the bar. When I came back at night, I found red worms in the bathroom water, so I thought the bar was there. It would stop at three o'clock, and the security guard told me that the bar was open until six in the morning... Then I saw that the foreigners in the room next to me had changed rooms, so I ran to the manager and told him to change rooms. He told me twice that there was no room to change, and finally died. I had to be pestered before I was willing to change to a room on the other side. The entire hotel was furnished in the 1950s, and all the residents were 60-year-old foreigners.

The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, the environment is elegant and quiet, and the breakfast is rich, delicious and unique. It is a hotel worth recommending!

The hotel is more or less not bad, I will rebook this hotel for the third time in a row, I really liked the location next to the Space Pattaya hotel (nearby is the Terminal 21 shopping center, Central Marina, Big Sea, Tesco Lotus, several beaches including the central one on Beach Road. We are pleased with the good variety of breakfasts, the soups are especially delicious, there is even Tom Yum..... There are a couple of swimming pools on the hotel grounds, up to 2.8 m deep. The rooms are more or less cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every other day, towels, water and soap every day. Our room is located in the building directly above the bar, which is open until 3-4 o'clock in the morning, music, Thais, Europeans rocking with them and making a fun noise))) but this does not bother us at all, there are many similar bars around the corner, several pieces of 7 elements, inexpensive fruit They also sell it right away from cars. Next to our balcony is the roof of the bar, on which squirrels are constantly running, which we feed))) in general, the hotel is not bad, the ratio of Europeans to Russians is 60/40%. A hotel can be booked in a matter of minutes, everything is as clear as clockwork, without hassle or problems. We recommend visiting this hotel, you won’t regret it!!!

The hotel is conveniently and quietly located. 👍 It’s convenient to walk to the beach and terminal 21. The rooms are old, but the staff tries to keep them in good condition. With a view from the window - a lottery. I'm lucky. (See photo). Overall good value for money with breakfast.
