The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the beach; the hygiene is average, and there are cockroaches in the room.

The room type I booked had no windows, so as soon as I woke up, I'd take a taxi to the school by the sea and spend the whole day at the restaurant there. If you're on vacation, it's definitely worth booking a nicer room with a sea view. That way, you can just relax comfortably in the hotel every day.

Add for breakfast guys, not so bad lah. But ilove the location near with culiner and beach

Nice location and very clean. Staff were bit rude and not accommodating. Love the place if the staff were more friendly it can make the perfect experience.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the bathroom is spacious. However, the air conditioner blows directly onto the head, making it very cold when sleeping. The hotel's Wi-Fi is hit or miss, and the front desk staff are unhelpful. This hotel is located by the beach, so it's very crowded. I stayed there during the Songkran festival, and it was very noisy at night. I wouldn't recommend it for those who prefer a quiet environment.

Just like the photos, it's right on the beachfront road, directly across from the sea. We had two rooms, and breakfast with a view of the ocean was incredibly relaxing.

I booked at 2.30pm and I check in at 4.30pm, last minute decide to join the Pattaya 3 days countdown concert at the beach side. Its a walking distance for 10-15mins only very convenience. Walking about 15min to Big C and 20min to Terminal 21. Definitely a good location. Cleanliness need to improve , many hair on the floor and the tower hanger is so old and rusty
