Iris Palace is a nice Hotel in South Pattaya. The location is abit of a consideration, but it's great value for money. Very nice and friendly staffs, 24 hours room service and the cleanliness is beyond reproach...For 800baht a night, it's a sweet deal and massive value for money.

The pictures obviously mislead and deceive consumers. There is a balcony in the pictures, but there is none in reality. The water pipe in the toilet is broken. I changed a room. Ctrip customer service was very good and tried to solve the problem for me and also gave me compensation.

We go to rest to go to the Countdown event at Bali Hai Cape, within walking distance. Convenient parking for motorcycles, convenient. The front desk service speaks well. Booking through Khun Yui is very convenient. Cool air-conditioned room The floor and furniture in the room are clean.

1. The towel has a musty smell. Staying for 2 nights should have a new cloth to change.
2. The room that opens to be part of the staff. In front of the door next to Staff only, understand that there should be a lot of guests. Had to open the glass door again.
The room is not soundproof. The conversation next to the room can still be heard clearly. Good that we stay with friends The staff came to clear the room next to the noise in the morning, meaning that I could not continue sleeping at all.
