Location is good, near to eateries, beach, night market, shopping mall and shops
But quite noisy in the midnight as there are many pubs around
Everything is good except for the door access system, sometimes we find it difficult to unlock it

Friendly, courteous, professional and when I was there it was very busy. Staff was still very pro. Breakfast buffet not so great but fruit, coffee and bread were decent.

Location was good , but they could not provide the deluxe single bed I asked for so I had to settle for a standard room double bed without any compensation
Asked for free breakfast which they refused , probably because business was good

Nice room staff very friendly and help full , we stayed October with family and friends for 5 days all happy with the hotel,
We will book here again when we visit Pattaya
