Sunshine Hotel & Residences

Went during the Fireworks Display 2025. Beautiful week. Room: clean, nice and cosy. Needs upgrade. Remove bathtub, as not suitable for seniors. Fall accidents can happen. Maybe different room for seniors w/o bathtub. Staff: Hospitable and friendly. Location: walking distances to food, pubs and other entertainment. *My only dissatisfied experience throughout my stay was that, I was in a corner room 2027 on the second floor. Most mornings, around 5am I will be awaken by the noise created by the makeshift kitchen preparing breakfast eggs , omelettes. etc., on the same floor, just beside my room. Brought up to management about my disruptive sleep due to the noise, and suggested a room change; but they can't do anything as the hotel is fully booked. Just my luck. ☹️☹️☹️ Should I in future come back to stay? I will ask for a higher floor away from the corner room next to the makeshift kitchen.🤔 Sunshine Hotel & Residence, you could have done better by moving me away from the noise, to a similar priced room, OR upgrade.😕

Perfect place to stay. I took solo room. It's only 13 sq.m but cozy and clean. Included breakfast was good as well. Beach, shopping mall are really close. 7-11 right in the front of the hotel.

The doo bell man is very nice at this hotel. Please becareful of impolite receptionnist. I just been scammed on 11/03 at about 11:15 by the receptionist. She ask me to pay 40 Bahts for a water drink on the fridge, I never drunk that. I really want to know if this lady put the money in her pocket or not. Because she didn’t show me the real receipt of this drink but just show me a screenshot of the « Room is clean » write in Thai language from he Line app. I’m not stingy, as you can ask the cleaner I always tip 20 Bahts honest people everyday when she cleans my room. Don’t make tourist stupid. Not fair for a customer stayed lots of days at the hotel. Totally disrespectful. Except that the the room was perfectly and I got a nice trip and the breakfast was okay.
