Good and economical with truly hospitable staff and most of all the hotel feels safe. Unfortunately, there were some inconsiderate guests smoking heavily in the pool area even though this is a non-smoking hotel. They were somewhat loud too. I have not extended my stay because of unruly guests (not the hotel's fault and I do not know if management can do something about it, so I did not complain.

Location: The location is in the western coastal area of Pattaya City.
Environment: It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Fengyue Pedestrian Street and Beach Road. There are many restaurants nearby, Tops Daily and 7-Eleven convenience stores, as well as massage parlors, which is quite convenient.
Service: The waiters are polite.
Facilities: This is a small hotel. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom has soap, shampoo and shower gel, and the hot water is hot enough. But only free drinking water.
Features: There is a small outdoor swimming pool for fitness.
Summary: The house price is not expensive and the price/performance ratio is good.
