Very disappointing – not a real 5-star experience I had high expectations for this hotel, especially since it advertises itself as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Many of the amenities listed on the website were unavailable: the rooftop hall was closed, the pool area was also shut down, and the swimming pool had very limited opening hours – none of which matched what was promised online. The rooms were also quite underwhelming and did not reflect the photos shown on the website. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the quality and comfort one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The only positive aspect was the staff. The employees were friendly and helpful, but I believe this is more a reflection of the local culture, where people are naturally kind and welcoming, rather than the hotel’s service quality. I would not recommend this hotel. It was disappointing and definitely not worth

Great location continent in all sence

Location is perfect, furniture quiet old , but still OK. Like 80’s style . Some small bugs ruined my pica overnight.

Staff is very friendly. The condo is right next to a mall, Pattaya night market and beach. Room is very spacious, nice view, bed mattresses is very comfortable.

Location is good, just beside beach road. Central mall is just opposite. The condo itself seems old but the rooms are spacious and clean, and the amenities inside the room are in good condition and all working fine. Ground floor and 2nd floor for parking, 3rd floor is the all the shops, laundry, massage and cafe, reception for check- in at 3rd floor too. Probably will comeback to this condo if I don’t want to stay at hotels and consider the apartment type of stay again. Overall it was convenient.
