Grande Centre Point Pattaya

I chose a deluxe sea-view room and checked in on the 32nd floor before the Chinese New Year. The room was very clean and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the view wasn't great; there was an old, operating crane and a fragmented sea view, which was quite disappointing. If you clearly state your preferences to the front desk, you can request a room with a view of the 'Pattaya' English sign, which offers a much better experience. The room's privacy wasn't ideal; I could see into the rooms above, below, and to the sides. It was also incredibly noisy, to the point of being unsettling. The minibar items were complimentary, with a good selection of snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was very modern. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety, with the pork trotters and rice noodles being particularly tasty. The open kitchen staff were very attentive. I also visited the swimming pool and really enjoyed it.

As a Chinese national, I can personally vouch for this being the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at in Pattaya! The location is fantastic, right above Terminal 21 shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Yet, it's surprisingly quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderful night's rest. The leisure facilities are extensive. There's a huge swimming area, perfect for photos and a refreshing dip. They also have an elevated walkway with stunning views. Plus, you can play billiards and hit the gym, so there's something for everyone, kids and adults alike. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. My only minor regret is that the room size is a bit small, but overall, it didn't detract from the experience at all. With its excellent location, facilities, quiet atmosphere, and dining options, this hotel offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Pattaya!

To be honest, the room was quite small. Breakfast was relatively basic but had all the essentials. The air conditioning would automatically lower its temperature in the middle of the night, causing me to wake up sweating every night. The massage at 'Let's Relax' wasn't very good; it was neither painful nor soothing. It wasn't as good as the massages by the older ladies at Kangyou Siji in Shanghai. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for kids. Eating at the 21 Aviation Exhibition building downstairs was convenient, and there were many restaurants, which was a huge plus!

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Pattaya, and it was still a great experience. Especially traveling with elderly parents and children, the hotel offers excellent service, a fantastic breakfast, and a pool that the kids loved. You can access Terminal 21 Mall directly from the first floor, and the Let's Relax massage there is definitely worth trying. Right downstairs is the Airport Night Market, and the Sanctuary of Truth is less than a ten-minute taxi ride away. Just across the street is the ** show, haha, it's really, really good! And even during the Chinese New Year, the price wasn't inflated, still just a little over a thousand a night. I booked a connecting room, which was very convenient for my parents and kids. The breakfast was also exceptionally rich and varied. Highly recommend!

This hotel is great for families with kids! The water park is a lot of fun, and the hotel has a cool, sci-fi space theme. It's also super close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which I loved because Thai malls are amazing – not just the same old brands. Plus, there's a night market right outside. The only downsides were that the room lighting was a bit too dim, and the breakfast wasn't as elaborate as what you'd find in a luxury five-star hotel in China. Also, the light switches were surprisingly complicated; Chinese hotels definitely have better smart home systems.

The hotel room was very old, but the sky bar was amazing with unforgettable beautiful views. The mini-bar drinks were expired, and the coffee had already been opened, which was ridiculous. Breakfast was good though.
