Stayed at P.72 Hotel and overall it’s a solid choice if you’re on a budget and want to be right in the middle of the action. The location is its biggest advantage — it’s directly on Walking Street, so everything is just steps away. Perfect if your plan is to party and enjoy Pattaya nightlife. That said, the same location is also the biggest downside. If you’re hoping to sleep before 4am, forget it — the noise from outside is constant and loud well into the early morning. There are a couple of other negatives worth noting. Rooms don’t have a secure safety box, which is a concern if you’re carrying valuables. Also, smoking is allowed in rooms, so depending on your luck, you might notice lingering smells. In short: great value for party-focused travelers, but not suitable if you want quiet nights or higher security standards.

Objectively speaking, it's really close to the pedestrian street, just a few steps away from the exit. You can even smoke in the room. The downside is it's incredibly noisy; it doesn't quiet down until about 4 AM, probably because it's so close to the pedestrian street. There was also a slight 'DM' smell in the room. If you're looking for a comfortable experience, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you're here purely to party, this place is quite suitable because they don't require a deposit or charge a lady fee.

Nice, clean hotel. It is convenient that it’s close to the Walking street. But it’s too loud at night, the soundproofing is not so good.

Good location for those who enjoy night life, a lot of club and bar just walking distance.

Check in process was great. Two people at the front desk were friendly and gave me all pertinent info. I stay in the new side so I can't speak for the old side but my room was pleasant and fit the price. Regular sized room. What you're playing for here is the location. My room was literally RIGHT OFF walking street. If you plan on hitting walking street, THIS is where you want to be. Location doesn't get any better!
