Has tested the test of time . Stayed her multiple times generally polite helpful staff. Nice pool well shaded in afternoon for those hot thai days.
Food is generally excellent .
Recommend rooms at the back as the front rooms can get noisy from the street bars.

This great hotel offers a quiet retreat in the heart of the madness. Nice rooms, pool and restaurant at a very good rate. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Location is great just off soi Buakhow and near to the nightlife if that’s what you want. I’ve always stayed here and found the service polite and unobtrusive. True the rooms are looking a bit old but the bed is great. Essentially all I need is a bed, bathroom and balcony.

Appropriate location. Reasonable price. Small swimming pool.. not bad value for money hotel. However, the accommodation is a bit old. There is also a smell from the bathroom drain. I think renovation is needed now. It is a very good location according to feng shui, so it is bright and comfortable. A leisurely pastime at the swimming pool is fun. I also like the staff who are gentle but not excessive.

It's close to Soi Buakhao. I've stayed here twice and it's very convenient as I can return home quickly. The rooms are not very clean. The bathrooms in particular may be quite difficult for Japanese people. There are two types of staff: enthusiastic and careless. The location is very good, so I recommend it all-inclusive.

An older property but kept clean and in good condition. Excellent swimming pool with plenty of natural shade. Close to everything.
Friendly reception staff. No complaints from me. I would stay here again no problem.

stayed october 23 for 14 days loved it would stay again close to everything were i wanted to go .some of the ground staff rude not friendly but that will not stop me come back .
