Best for bang for money. Very modern for 650 baht. Absolute the best deal IV e had in Pattaya. If u want budget and somewhat a posh setting. This is it. Great convenient 7 11 downstairs. Staffs r nice and has a door person

We arrived too dirty sheets and a bad smell from the drains. It was late so we complained at 6.30 am the next morning we asked for a room change but we were left waiting until after 1.30 pm with no communication from the hotel staff. Someone did turn up to the room about 1.45 pm but by then we'd had enough we checked out. and left the hotel

The room has all it needs. Good bed, good wifi, quiet at night. Good location to go to any restaurants or to the beach. Jomtien bus termina (bis to airport)l is also at walking distance.

It is dirty as ****, we even got a new room, which is supposed to be clean. I was disgusted to sleep there! Not recommended - never ever again! It was just disgusting!
