The hotel is quite old. Any money left on the table is automatically assumed to be a tip. The next day, when I didn't leave one, the RMB from my bag went missing. It was impossible to get it back. This place is unfriendly towards Chinese guests. Book with caution!

Facilities: reasonably well-maintained Cleanliness: good Service: adequate Ambiance: average Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄. However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens. Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering. For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

Along the beach, quiet area. Nice swimming pool, rooms are spacious. OK it's old but very clean. Lobby and restaurants area are very spacious too and easy to walk in/out. Entrance from sea side or city side. Smoking on balcony is allowed. Breakfast is very standard, nothing special. Food from restaurant is absolutely correct. At night, we can hear the waves from the balcony.

I've actually written a dedicated post recommending this hotel in the past, and even after staying here over five times, I still believe it's worth recommending. However, on this latest visit, I distinctly noticed fewer guests, a reduced breakfast selection, and that they were cutting corners on some services. It's clear they're reducing non-essential expenses to keep the business afloat, and honestly, it must be quite challenging for them.

I've stayed here before. The setting is beautiful, with the beach right past the swimming pool and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. My only complaint this time was that the bed felt very damp, the entire room was humid, and even the blankets were moist.

The facilities are outdated, and the power kept tripping frequently. There was loud construction noise from the courtyard, and the room's soundproofing was poor. We booked two rooms, and they assigned us rooms directly above the kitchen. When we opened the balcony window, there was a terrible stench of rotting pork. Everything in the minibar was chargeable, with a bottle of mineral water costing 50 baht, and no prices were displayed. Given the price, I won't comment on the breakfast variety, but there were countless flies crawling on the plates, which was absolutely disgusting. During our 7-day stay, a female waitress at the buffet breakfast restaurant consistently acted confused and pretended not to understand our room number, requiring us to repeat it multiple times. Yet, she was very warm and friendly towards other Caucasian guests, leading us to suspect discrimination against Chinese people. Furthermore, a service charge was added to every dish at the restaurant.

The staff are professional and responsive, though service can occasionally be slow during busy periods. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and dining areas, are well-maintained and provide a relaxing environment. The food quality is good, but the options could be expanded for greater variety. Overall, this resort is a good choice for travelers looking for a serene and uncomplicated beach getaway.

The smell of damp when you first open the door and enter the room was something, but as it was 1130 pm when we arrived I just wanted to go and jump into a soft comfy bed.LOL Worst bed I've ever had to sleep on as it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. After complaining to staff they supplied a topper which was as nearly as hard, I ended up asking for extra pillows and laid on them for comfort. (luckily it worked seeing we were there for 16 days) Next came breakfast were the manager was walking around like it was a camp were he sat you down and kept an eye on you at all times.I'm presuming because all the Europeans and Russians were walking out each morning with plates of food/fruit. Very Uncomfortable  In general the place is old and stinks of mould in all the bedrooms. The last 3 years we have stayed ay Welcome world (next door)but was booked out on my preferred dates 100% better.

The hotel is spacious and clean. hotel bathroom can be shower hot and cold . breakfect food is delicious .hotel have private swimming pool. I like pool is very wide . Location is near at beach.

Good location with direct beach access. Rooms are somewhat dated.

Older property pretty well maintained. Breakfast that’s ok for a while but does get tiresome if you’re there for a longer stay. Internet is problematic as it frequently crashes.
