Stayed in a sea view room. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
From the moment we entered the room, there were cockroaches and insects everywhere. The problem was not limited to the room itself — we saw cockroaches in the hallway from the elevator all the way to the room, and they were very large.
We reported this to the front desk and were moved to another room, but the second room was no better. It was also very dirty, with cockroaches and mosquitoes present. Housekeeping standards were extremely poor, and the hotel overall feels old and poorly maintained.
The bathroom setup was also very disappointing. Although the room was advertised online as having a bathtub, the bathtub cannot be filled with water and only works with a shower head. Water pressure was very weak, and the water temperature was not hot. The bathtub is essentially unusable, and the online photos are misleading.
The balcony was dirty, and the windows were not properly sealed. As a result, the room was very noisy, especially at night, with loud music and people shouting.
I have been visiting Pattaya for over five years and usually stay for more than a month each time. I have stayed in around 30 hotels in Pattaya, and it is rare for me to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, this hotel was one of the worst in terms of cleanliness.

一進房間就發現到處都是蟑螂和昆蟲，問題不只限於房間內，從電梯出來到房間的走廊，都能看到蟑螂，而且體型非常大。
我們向櫃檯反應後被安排換房，但第二間房的情況並沒有改善，依然非常髒，還能看到蟑螂和蚊蟲。客房清潔水準極差，整體飯店給人老舊、缺乏維護的感覺。
浴室的設計也令人失望。雖然網路上標示房型有浴缸，但實際上浴缸無法放水，只能使用蓮蓬頭。水壓非常小，水溫也不夠熱，浴缸幾乎形同虛設，網路照片與實際情況不符。
陽台相當髒亂，窗戶也沒有良好密合，導致房間非常吵雜，尤其在夜晚，能清楚聽到音樂聲與人聲喧嘩。
我造訪芭塔雅已超過五年，每次停留時間通常都超過一個月，在當地大約住過三十間飯店，很少留下負評，但這間飯店在清潔與衛生方面，確實是我遇過最差的之一。
