Location & views are excellent. Thats about it really.
＞ rooms are old but ok for a 3 star hotel.
＞ there is no room service available, the hotel amenities have seen better days.
＞ the receptionist is friendly & helpful.

Hotel room is fine, clean, comfortable and has nice balcony view. Notice that the hotel shares parking lot with other rent facilities and it is assigned to 5th floor on parking building.

My second time in this hotel. Very basic hotel, big rooms, in e northern part of the Pattaya beach. Close to the biggest mall in town, and in front of the beach. Not the best hotel I have been in my life but absolutely adequate to my needs. I did not choose it for enjoying amenities like a gym or a gorgeous garden. Great courtesy, efficient service, huge properly working fridge (not a microscopic useless standard one). I will be happy to go there again in case I return there.
