The best thing about this accommodation is the security guards. Plus the gardeners. They all work so hard. The security guards walk the premises 24/7.
Regarding the 2 bedroom condo. Well it’s infested with ants, wood beetles and Cockroaches. I did report to the cleaner. But I feel she already knows. The pool is definitely run down and mouldy. The pool smells of curry. I was worried for the kids health so we only went in for an hour before you start seeing the uncleaned parts. Also that hour turned the swimming tops yellow like curry powder would do. And so does the apartment bedding smelled of curry. We tried to use it just as a base. Once I cleaned it up. So sad we went off to koh lan. thats where you find beautiful beaches. Wonderful time there.
But with all the insect killer I had to buy made the place smell and cleaning stuff I had to buy to try keep them down. We gave up. Worse thing was our clothes smelled of the condo once we got out to our new hotel, you noticed it then.
If you can live with insect and a curry smell. Don’t want a pool. You will be fine.
So instead of paying for one 2 bedroom condo. I end up paying for 3 accommodations. As when we got back from koh lan we had to get out of there. With 3 nights being away. We came back to flying beetles. So we checked out and moved on not to ruin the rest of the hotel and we couldn’t sunbath or use the pool in fear of the kids getting really bad stomach. And the stink of the condo insect killer I purchased hoping to kill them off.
Won’t be back to this place. It was my kids that booked it as he liked the pool. He said I can just book them from now on, as that experience is the first time he has been ripped off and he was looking forward to that wrap around lazy pool for adventure on his floats.
Beach is 10 mins walk. That is true.
