Shambhala Hotel Pattaya

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.

Second time in Pattaya, and my first stay at this hotel, which came highly recommended by friends. It's not far from the beach, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel pool was great; my kids had a blast playing there. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel upgraded my friend and me to a deluxe room with a bathtub, located on the 5th floor, with a pool view right outside the window. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a gym, but no washing machine in the room. Cleanliness: It's a newly opened hotel, so the cleanliness is quite good. Environment: The entire hotel is non-smoking. If you need to smoke, you have to go to the first or fifth floor. The location is excellent, right across from 'Pat Thai's shop' (I assume this is a famous local eatery or shop, translating as 'Pat Thai's shop' directly to maintain the original sentiment, as '怕太的店' sounds like a specific place the reviewer is familiar with, possibly a 'Pad Thai' place given the phonetic similarity and commonality of such establishments).

The room facilities were complete and excellent! Very good!
