The staff spoke the worst. There was no breakfast service. The room was not clean. There were many mosquitoes in the room. When I arrived, they said that there was no reservation under this name. They refused before finding information. They worked without checking the information before working whether there was a room reservation under this name or not. And importantly, they said that they had never posted an announcement on Trip.com. If anything happens, they will not be responsible. You have to sue the Agency yourself. There was not even a single apology.

Convenient to travel, easy to find, near Sukhumvit Road, clean room, very spacious, 1 large bed and 1 3.5 foot bed, comfortable to sleep, quiet, 3 people, family, very convenient, there is a hot water kettle, but no coffee cups, only clear drinking glasses.

Pros: quiet (the hotel has only 1 floor, divided into separate sections), greenery, birds singing, there were no rowdy guests on the eve of the New Year holidays.
Not bad repair in the room, they give 2 bottles of drinking water in glass bottles, shampoo, soap. Coffee, tea are not given as in other 3-star hotels.
Cons: it is located very far from Wong Amat (70-120 baht) to get there by taxi.
