This is a good mini-hotel right on the beachfront of Dongtan, Jomtien's best beach. We really liked the hotel overall. The only minor issue is that twice a week, the neighboring cafe plays loud music until 10 PM. We stayed in a poolside villa, and it was very quiet. Our neighbors were locals, so there were no noisy parties with young people. There's no safe in the room, but theft isn't an issue here. There's also no kettle in the room, but you can get free tea and coffee at the reception. I really enjoyed my stay here, especially traveling with a small child – it was very convenient to go from the beach to the room (for naps/meals/swimming) as everything was easily accessible. All the staff were friendly, and we communicated using a translator. The pool is available all the time, even at night. Everything was great! It's an affordable hotel with a convenient location. There's no breakfast here, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. We went to Jomtien Plaza Resident for breakfast, which was excellent and only 120 Baht – you won't leave hungry.

A great place for those who love Jomtien, Dongtan and its atmosphere. Super location. If you walk a little to the right, you’ll find a quieter part of the beach with pine trees and no sunbeds. At the hotel, I would definitely recommend booking a room with a balcony — it gets plenty of sunlight. Standard rooms with only one window facing away from the beach are quite dark and don’t ventilate well, which can cause a musty smell. On site, you can also book a larger room with a direct beach view. We had breakfast at a nearby place to the left of the hotel, and Casa Myka (great pizza, tom yum, etc.) — and of course at 7/11, which has a second floor with a terrace and a sea view.

Right in front of Dongtan Beach. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's no elevator, but it wasn't a problem as we were staying in a pool room on the first floor. The rooms are set up like villas, with two separate rooms. There are no safes in the rooms, but there is a rental box next to the reception. The room keys are manual, not automatic. The cafe next door is lively until around midnight, but it's quieter after that. The shower and toilet are separated. The shower pressure is average, but the hose is short, making it difficult to wash your lower body. The wifi speed is average and there's no problem browsing YouTube etc.

Good location, right on the beach. I like the parking. You have to park outside and pay for it yourself because the hotel doesn't have a place to park. But what I really don't like is the staff, probably the cleaning staff. In the morning, they are very loud and talkative. Why are they so loud? I can hear everything they are talking about. It's not even work-related. I can understand when cleaning the room. It might be loud, but the gossip is very disturbing to people sleeping. It makes people who are sleeping feel irritated. If they were talking about work, I wouldn't complain at all. The room isn't soundproof to begin with. : Please help me if the executives read this.

Service: Smiling service, very good Overall, this hotel is good value for money. I stayed in a terrace room, but the weather was too hot to stay on the terrace for a long time, haha. It is very close to the beach. If you want to go out and relax by the sea, you can try this one. There are many roadside snacks near the beach outside, you can also try them.

Bbhouse Pattaya is a budget hotel right on the first coastline of Pattaya. The building is old, but after cosmetic repairs. There is no elevator, so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. The rooms are simple but cozy. There is a swimming pool, which is nice for a hotel of this level. There is no breakfast, but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Not expensive and very cozy hotel across the road from Dongtan beach. The location is perfect. Excellent rooms, clean, balcony with a view of the greenery. You can safely go. There is a small pool, but few sun loungers. Plumbing works great. The beds are comfortable. Photos from the site correspond. Everything is very nice here, and I want to come back.

Great location! Took a villa near the pool. Started the morning with the pool and ended the evening with the pool. The staff is friendly, helped with all questions. Across the road is the sea and beaches. The geolocation is excellent: within walking distance in one direction is Pratamnak, in the other - Jomtien. Had a great rest! A very good option.
