Seriously, this place is amazing, no complaints at all. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and another one about a 5-minute walk away. If you head out at 9 o'clock and turn left (without crossing the road), there's an incredibly delicious and cheap restaurant down the street. The only downside is no air conditioning. Their Tom Yum soup with a side of rice noodles is to die for! (That's the restaurant shown in the last two pictures of the review.) As for the hotel itself, there are tons of facilities for kids, and the waterslide is really exciting. The rooftop pool is adults-only, but the wave pool downstairs seems perfect for younger kids. Pool floats are everywhere. The minibar is refilled daily for free. Breakfast is also delicious, especially the à la carte options. The game room was always occupied, so we didn't get to play much. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, and the view was fantastic. The best part? It wasn't humid at all!!

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a block away from Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has a night market right outside. It's also a mere 10-minute walk to both 99show and 89show. The beach is very close by as well. Experience: Upon check-in, a bellboy will deliver your luggage to your room. Standard rooms receive 2 tokens per night, which can be exchanged for a small doll. Around 6 tokens can be redeemed for other merchandise like clothes, hats, and cups. Facilities: The entire hotel, including the rooms, has a space-themed ambiance. The 32nd floor features a high-altitude restaurant with a great atmosphere, though the food is just average. The 31st floor houses the gym and a sky-high swimming pool, which is only accessible to guests aged 16 and above. The pool offers fantastic views and a great vibe for photos. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, with a rotating selection of made-to-order noodles and rice dishes each day, such as pork hock rice, chicken rice, and rice noodles, all of which are delicious. Behind the hotel on the first floor are various recreational facilities, including a lazy river, a high-altitude slide (for those over 1.3m tall), several smaller slides, and a water play table for children under 2. There's also a kids' club, perfect for little ones, which seems to close at 7 PM. The second floor of the club has arcade games, billiards, and other entertainment, which closes later. All facilities are first-come, first-served, suitable for both adults and children. Minibar: The minibar is stocked with beverages, bottled water, and snacks, which are replenished daily. Note: There are no children's toiletries provided in the room, so it's advisable to bring your own for the little ones.

Great location, with friendly and attentive service. The breakfast was excellent and the minibar was always promptly restocked. The facilities are comprehensive and the environment is beautiful.

This hotel is located near the big airplane roundabout by Terminal 21, directly across from the Akara Hotel. OZO is on the other side of the roundabout, closer to the beach, forming a sort of three-way dynamic. Check-in at the front desk was hit-or-miss; some staff were very proactive in explaining hotel amenities, while others were quite perfunctory. Luckily, I've stayed before so I knew the ropes. On the ground floor, there's a water park perfect for kids, featuring a wave pool and a lazy river. You need a wristband to enter, so don't forget to grab one when you check in – if it breaks, you can't re-enter. We received game tokens upon check-in, which you can use in the lobby on the L floor to play claw machines or exchange for food, drinks, and souvenirs – don't let them go to waste! The hotel's buffet breakfast is on the 6th floor, and there's a Let's Relax spa on the 7th floor (reservations highly recommended). The 31st floor boasts a gym with an amazing 360-degree view directly facing Terminal 21, perfect for photos. Across from it is a semi-open-air pool, which is adults-only. It's very clean, with excellent water quality and fantastic views where you can see the Sanctuary of Truth and the Pattaya sign. On the 32nd floor, there's a panoramic observation restaurant, also offering 360-degree views with floor-to-ceiling windows. When it's not too crowded, it's a great spot for pictures. They offer a wide variety of desserts and Western dishes, priced like a local five-star hotel. If you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out, this is a great option.
