The hotel experience was unsatisfactory. The property requires significant renovation due to its outdated condition. The signage is confusing, and the staff lacks professionalism. The shower heater didn’t work, and there was an unusual odor, which the staff dismissed as normal, though it was not. Additionally, the key policy of leaving it at the lobby upon departure seems unconventional. Regrettably, I do not plan to return.

Good location, opposite the central. But there is no parking. The water heater is broken. The water flow is very slow. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no hair dryer. The towel was very dirty. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable.

On the second day of my stay, there was no cleaning or bottled water. I informed the front desk, but there was no response. It was a terrible stay in this hotel.
