The check in experience was great, really friendly reception staff explained everything. Room was good size, nice and clean. Only complaint would be was top warm and window quite old and stiff to open. We had a drink in the bar and the service was atrocious!!! If we hadn't been staying there we would have walked out. There was a party in front that got served and then The bar person just walked out of the bar. Nothing said to us, no explanation, nothing at all. When she came back eventually more than 5 minutes later with no apology for leaving us standing there waiting. I ordered 2 drinks which she couldn't remember and then got wrong. Any other place I would have walked out.

Disappointed since it changed hands Weve stayed here many tines in the past and always loved it. Sadly now it has changed hands we are disappointed with the service in rhe restaurant for dinner and breakfast....the pool is no longer in use...and the layout is now confusing.

Good stay Generally a good stay, the room was a good size and we had interconnecting rooms with the teenage kids. It’s a little tired in places, the shower heads all need de-scaling and whilst it was perfectly clean, it needs a little spruce up. Biggest issue for me, and hence the lower than average score in comfort was that the rooms were incredibly warm over night, and couldn’t open the windows. I could have called down and asked for a fan but we were off again at 10:30. I know that other hotels that don’t have air conditioning nor opening windows email you beforehand and preemptively provide fans (we stay in hotels 2-3 times a week in the UK and internationally quite frequently) We would stay here again, the car park is massive and the buildings are conference-like and so very functional, the bar and food was all good too.

Overnight stay whilst on business Bed was lovely - large and comfortable Room was clean Check in/out was fine and speedy Food in restaurant was ok, but limited if you are vegan Service was very slow Hotel was clean but decor is dated and could do with redecorating. Carpets look tired and worn

Lots of car parking. The hotel is fine if you need one in this area. Room was soooo hot. The place is like a rabbit warren lol. When we arrived the front desk lady wasnt very helpfully but it was a bit busy. Breakfast was average but the staff were very good.

Beautiful grounds around the hotel. Room was very nice and bed very comfy. Lots of parking available too. Bar service was good and quick. Few downsides to the hotel though. Not really anything around it and the prices in the hotel are very high. Also, whilst waiting to check in, the receptionists were discussing other guests and called one of the a ‘pain in the ass’ before acknowledging we were waiting to check in which is highly inappropriate.
