Filthy. Smelled. Tv didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Plastic baseboard attached with staples. Cheap breakfast. On and on. And it was $235 a night outside of Harrisburg PA. Can’t believe Wyndham/Ramada doesn’t monitor their hotels better.

Everything was good other than the continental breakfast it was not full and we went early to eat. Other than that it was a great stay.

I gave staff and service a 3 star. It would have been a five star but while I checked out my husband grabbed 2 very mini muffins from the dining area that was still open it was like 9:30am. As he was walking out 2 staff members told him he couldn’t leave the room with them. The problem I have is with that is a half hour before that I went down and made an entire plate of food and grabbed OJ and walked right past the same staff and up to my room. No one said a word to me. Why? Other than that stay was 5 start service.

The breakfast area was very disgusting and the workers stood there and didn’t even clean it up, actually picked that location because of the pool and was not able to go in the pool because it was so dirty and was interested in the pool

Was supposed to be no smoking in our entire hallway but when going to the end of the hall for ice the smoke was so bad coming out of 2 rooms that it was noticed down to our room. Hot breakfast was cold even tho we arrived 10 min after it opened. Floors were not clean.

I feel like it was dirty since i had my 2 babies with me they could have gave me a cleaner room. People were fighting in the hall right outside my door noisyness kept going on the whole night.

Room was great. Clean and neat. The sofa bed was kind of hard but overall the room was good. The pool opened until 10pm so we took advantage. The breakfast was good they have hot portions as well: sausage and eggs also waffles and a toaster ( it will need to be replaced because one side works and ti takes for ever to toast). I have stayed here a few times so I do recommend it especially if you have kids. The staff always say hello and really nice especially the older man that helps with breakfast so sorry I didn’t get his name but he makes anyone morning with the nice greetings.

Heating unit was broken so they brought in a heater. Toilet seat was not mounted properly.will not stay in a Ramada ever again.
