Our stay was terrible and management would not even acknowledge us. We stayed over Xmas and first the smoke detector went of at 6 am Boxing Day so we asked for it to be fixed. Then imagine it going off the next night at 2am!! So much for a relaxing time. I know they will respond with some inane comment here to justify themselves but I suggest you try elsewhere for accommodation in Karratha.

We had reservations for a Premier Suite room. Upon our arrival we were accommodated quickly, great customer service with a smile. Our room was very nice, living area was very spacious, bath and sleeping area were well appointed. Hotel amenities are very nice, especially the pool area, and laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Had another great stay at the KI,from check in to check out! The phone call from reception about 45 mins after check in to see if everything was good in the room was really thoughtful,and yes the room was great! Fantastic food from the restaurant as always,wonderful service too. Special thanks to Lee for stopping the pool cleaning at 6:50 am so I could have a quick swim before breakfast, very much appreciated Lee,and Kosta

All aspects of the Value Creators STEM JumpStart Program experience were outstanding! The staff, service, and food were all extremely efficient and on time. The extras such as having the conference room ready early were sincerely appreciated! Bravo!

Hi I am living there for 3 nights. I am still here in september. I found small LIZARD come on my bed from top suddenly and gone somewhere inside bed. I told them to change room and manager and maintenance guy said they don't have room available. After working long hours so night gonna be hard as well. So if you wanna choose to stay over here AT YOUR RISK ADVICE IS BRING EARPLUGS.

We live locally but decided to stay the night with the new menu launch. The food was AMAZING and very adorable. We were greeted by Mitch at the front desk who was more than accommodating then served by a French waiter Sebastian along with Roger who was so understanding with our toddler. I can’t thank everyone enough for our night out with how accommodating and how special you made us feel even when so busy.

My sister Barbara invited us for dinner for my 60th. What an amazing experience. Food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were amazing and very attentive to our table. Lovely atmosphere. Could not find any fault with the food, venue or service. Lovely birthday dinner. Will definitely be back. Thank you. 10/10 for me and my family.
