Apartamentos Ponent

AREA: Peguera. The apartments are located in this area, which is one hour and ten minutes from the airport, by public transport. For my taste, it is an excellent area. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, everything nearby. The beach in front of the hotel is in very good condition, it has showers, I was at the end of August and it was a beach with few waves, and a very pleasant temperature. THE HOTEL : From the welcome, everything is perfect. In my case, we were received by a boy named José, who treated us with great kindness and guided us in everything we asked for (nearby beaches to visit, restaurants, car rentals). Upon entering the apartment, my impression was that everything was in immaculate condition. Everything neat, orderly, air conditioning throughout the apartment, kitchen utensil "all the minimum necessary", pear to cook. A microwave oven. Everything I have named, in perfect condition. The hotel staff in general, with a good attitude and excellent treatment with guests. The hotel pool, also in perfect condition. P.S If you want to know a very beautiful beach, I recommend: San Telmo. Conclusion: Apartamentos Ponent was an excellent choice to end these summer vacations. We will certainly repeat.

El mejor aparta hotel en el que hemos estado nunca. Todo inmejorable. El servicio del personal también impecable. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Right on the beach, renovated, with a terrace. The staff is very polite and very friendly. They always pay attention to the guests and have a smile on their faces. They clean the hotel 5 days a week, which is great, they change towels and sheets. If you need anything you just have to ask. They have a restaurant, the breakfast is good, varied, nothing to complain about. The pool is very small, but if you like the beach you have it in front of you and 5 minutes away there is another beach and a little further away a cove, there is something for everyone.

Great accommodation. Comfortable and functional apartment, tastefully renovated, cozy. The sea view a gift. To highlight the quality of the restaurant. Cleaning is constant and that is always appreciated. A place to return to, and if we can we will return!!

Apart hotel very well located at the foot of Paguera beach. Renovated interior is pretty but…… The building must be dated and the soundproofing is NON-EXISTENT; a horrible noise from 7 a.m. when the maids start dancing with the rolling carts. Checking in at 2 p.m. we arrived a little before 1 p.m., we asked the receptionist if it was possible to check in and without a call to room service his answer was firm: NO it's 2 p.m.... I ask him if we can park in the parking lot (which I had reserved in advance) and the same answer: NO, it’s 2 p.m.…. It was Sunday, the day the storm hit the Balearic Islands... we had driven for almost 2 hours under downpours at around 20km/h, we were exhausted and the receptionist was very unpleasant! But it was the only one; the rest of the staff are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is very small. Now another black point in addition to soundproofing, cleanliness: dust, do you want some here... an allergic person in the apartment and it was a disaster..., When we arrived at 2 p.m., apartment reserved for 4 and prepared for 2! On the other hand, departure until 11 a.m. and then we left at 9:30... that poses no problem; by only walking in one direction, the customer will not come back. We know quite a few places on the island and we won't come back to Le Ponent, that's for sure. Too bad it’s not often that we’re so negative but….
