Front desk and staff were very pleasant and helpful! Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that

Everything was very good, the only thing I didn't like was the very expensive breakfast $28 per person and on the internet it said 14.99, for the rest I will come back, everyone is very attentive, very good service, 5 stars

The service was disappointing. The front desk was helpful but the concierge, bell man, the golf cart driver to the beach... all seemed annoyed at any questions we had.

Liked being able to walk to beach and tennis, but golf is far away and expensive. Golf was $300/person so $600 for father and 12 yo son to play. Hot tub was always crowded and it’s unfortunate that the spa hot tub is larger and underutilized. Spa needs to be redesigned since crowded locker room, sauna not hot enough, no single gender sauna and steam room, 1 working shower, tiny locker room. Elevators should all be working during heavy travel season- 1-2 were broken. Gym needs updates with newer bike and elliptical and more waters, fruit, and cold wet towels, yoga mats. Rooms need more blankets and small pull out couch option

There was a boardwalk leading to the beach from the resort where you can stroll or jog. The resort has some amenities and was kept relatively clean. Although the building seemed to have been remodeled somewhat, I couldn’t help noticing the aging of the furniture and building itself. During our stay, not all elevators were functioning but we did not have any issues catching one when needed. The building seems to have thin walls because we heard our neighbor urinating which was unpleasant, and we had a rowdy neighbor one night so we had to move to another room after midnight which was very unpleasant. The overall of our experience at the resort is rated fair.

The hotel is beautiful, with two pool areas--one for families and one for adults only. The 1/2 mile stroll (or shuttle if you're feeling lazy....) on the boardwalk through the mangrove sanctuary was lovely and peaceful. Guest services were impeccable. The room was lovely and spacious, and housekeeping services were provided on a daily basis--with no special requests. There were several dining options--and the food was delicious at each. We left with the desire to return soon.
