The Coach House Hotel

Enjoyed a lovely one night stay at this small hotel/restaurant. Comfortable spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Excellent food in the restaurant in the evening as well as breakfast the following day. Overall a nice relaxing stay and in a nice location in Pembroke. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we've stayed here and, just like the last time, it didn't disappoint. Superb, clean, fully stocked comfortable room. Parking at the rear of the hotel included. Great breakfast and a friendly team working there. Close to the town centre and the castle. A short walk to the railway station - we went to Tenby for a few hours. To be honest, I'm struggling to think of anything negative about the place, especially for the price (£109 BnB).

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good . There are also two lounges for the use of customers and the hotel is well-situated . Most staff were extremely pleasant , however I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer service and the rude attitude of the lady whom I believe is the owner , when I reported a broken tap in my room . She was non-apologetic and dismissive . It took one and a half days for a plumber to come and fix , by which time it was the last evening of our three night stay .

An OK place to stay for a 'B&B' but would probably look elsewhere for next trip. Breakfast cooked to order and options ok; only had fresh fruit available on one morning. Had dinner there one night and it was quite good (salmon, on 'specials' list) but at 6:45 they told us they were done serving for the evening so no desert available and no ice for drinks because they'd already cleaned up for the night. Good parking. bed comfortable and good shower. Our room faced the street; would recommend getting one at the rear of the building if possible. Annoying hair dryer that requires holding the button in while using it, with a short cord an weak flow. Room had one chair but no lamp near it (or power point for one). Had good dresser space and closet space. Kettle doesn't actually fit under the sink (so filled by using the cups to transfer water from spout to kettle). Thin walls - could hear the neighbors as well as some street noise til midnight or so. And annoying 'emergency light' over the door, which brighter than desired in the dark of the night.

Great visit to Pembroke.Stayed in the disabled room-good facilities lots of handrails in large wetroom with seat in shower area.Nice thick white towels. Toiletries. Relaxing room with tea coffee making facilities, water, biscuits. Disabled parking bay just outside Reception entrance. Room on ground floor. Ramp to bar area for an evening drink. Fab breakfast. All staff welcoming and friendly. Recommended hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel with pub. On the street but silent. Lovely staff. Breakfast was a little thrown together but acceptable. Thatchers on Tap always helps. Great to have its own carpark which is a plus. Just a short stay hence the short review.
