Reservations include complimentary beach service with one umbrella and two beach chairs (March 1st through October 31st) for our guests (front row positions are not guaranteed). Navarre Beach Regency has only 106 units on nine floors with a large 400 foot gulf front beach area, allowing more beach space per guest than neighboring condo buildings. A fenced community pool is available to guests, heated seasonally from March to October. Enjoy the barbeque areas on both ends of the building, bike storage and temporary storage for any chairs, toys, and beach items you may have, a ping pong table in the common area and luggage carts for easy loading and unloading. A full fitness center is available for use by guests and a paved walking/biking path runs the full length of the island. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”) which covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
