Lovely location. Service was great. Bed was comfy. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t working but there was coffee downstairs so that was ok.

Good trip between Christmas and New Year’s - the issue was that we couldn’t put breakfast into the room package and the breakfast menu was VERY limited and super expensive for what you get ($16 for an egg sandwich?!) added to that and the hotel automatically adds an 18% tip without telling you yet still adds the tip line to fill out is out of hand and puts a terrible taste in your mouth.

Great place to stay! Beautiful views of the gulf off the balcony and the large windows. Quiet and peaceful even with a lot of people there. Walk right out onto the beach thats very clean and not crowded. Great heated pool! Clean roomss, no bugs (a big factor for me), ability to text housekeeping requests.
Was so great we cancelled our disney trip for next summer and coming back here when its warmer! Already booked our 2nd stay here before end of 2nd night!

This place is perfect. They need more item choices on the menus, but over all this place is a ten. Great location, beautiful clean rooms. The pool is amazing 😍

The view is amazing. the rooms are pretty and clean.the staff was friendly. the lobby had free hot coco for the kids. the lounge was cozy, service was great.
