Penshutst Hotel staff all very nice, room very clean, location also good, near mrt station

Room was good (a bit small) it was clean & tidy the service from the staff was great & very central with the railway station a very short walk

Booked this hotel for my family friend and I've stayed here before and thought it was okay but my family friend's experience this time was not great. There is a gambling section downstairs with constant smoke and it was hard not to smell it when downstairs. There was also loud music on Friday/weekends which made it difficult for my family friend to sleep and wasn't pleasant.

The nightstay in hotel was very good and the drinks were on good prices as well. Loved the customer service there in the hotel . Room were in very good condition and hygenic the only problem we had in our room wasthe bathroom door lock was not working so we were not able to lock the bathroom door thankyou

Good and pleasant

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, look like bathrooms were new and roomy. Bistro had yummy food and great special on each night.

Hotel comfortable for location as in the way to the airport if you are travelling by car. Many restaurants nearby hotel. Room very small but well equipped. Negative point is too noisy as the hotel is located in the street and including a Pub and Gambling area that’s opened till late

This charming little hotel is nestled in a small suburban town. The ground floor houses a bar and game corner, which can be a bit noisy, but the noise wasn't too bothersome in my room on the first floor (effectively the second floor). Guests take an elevator to their floors, and you need your room key to operate it, which I appreciated as it provided good security. The room was neatly arranged, and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. It's close to Penshurst station on the T4 line, and you can reach the station platform in 5 minutes from the hotel. While there aren't any large commercial facilities right around the hotel, there are restaurants serving Thai, Nepalese, Chinese, and other international cuisines, as well as liquor stores, bakeries that open early, and convenience stores, so you won't have any trouble finding what you need. Additionally, the neighboring Hurstville station has a large Coles supermarket and food court directly connected to the station, and there are many restaurants near the station as well, making it very convenient.

The hotel is easy to find, located close to a large Chinese community and not far from the airport. It includes restaurants and entertainment options, and there are many shops nearby. The rooms are simply furnished and practical, and the bedding is new and clean. It offers great value for money and would be worth choosing again.

The bed is too soft and uncomfortable, but everything else is fine.

The price-performance ratio is quite good. Compared with the hotel I stayed in Melbourne a few days ago, this one is much better. It is big and clean. I am very satisfied. The price is not expensive. The bed is also big and the room is also big. It is quite good to live in.
