This hotel is stunningly designed and the staff took care of us like family Senad at the front desk felt like my personal concierge and Luka from the restaurant was fun and attentive. Breakfast was different every morning and the cappuccino was consistently perfect. I loved it there.

Could not ask for anything more. Service was brilliant from start to finish. The hotel had a great atmosphere, was spotless and had wonderful staff, going above and beyond. Breakfast was great, a nice selection of cooked options as well as a good buffet to choose from. The resturant partnered with the hotel over the road was also fantasic. Really friendly service and some of the best food I have eaten. I don't have a single negative thing to stay about the hotel.

Delicious breakfast with a la carte options, first class modern rooms, crystal clear warm waters (in October!), we didn't want to leave! In this boutique hotel you feel like you're part of a family. The hotel is situated just seconds away from the beach and two breathtaking beach bars/restaurants, each special and unique in its own way This is one place in the Bay area where everything is near: Kotor, Tivat, Herceg Novi, even the Old Royal Capital (many thanks to the reception staff for suggesting this!!!). The hotel itself is just amazing, the decor is unlike any that we've seen so far, Breakfast is delicious and even has a la carte options! The staff is brilliant, went above and beyond to help us with every request or question we had. Thetr suggestions on on what to to visit around the area are immaculate. We didn't have an exact plan on what to visit, and yet, we've seen the most stunning hidden gems of the area, as as well as some of the classics (Kotor 0ld town is a must go!). The waiters and. waitresses are also very nice, hospitable, yet professional. Allin all, we want to thank all the staff for making our stay so incredible and unforgettable!Many thanks!

Never been in such disastrous boutique hotel in my life. On arrival at 14.35 hours room was not ready, although I asked for early check-in and their check-in is at 14.00 hours. I ordered bottle of champagne and they bring sparking wine. Electricity was off during 3 hours while working in a room where temperature is inside 27.3 C. They have no generator as backup for electricity failure, although they say they are 5 star hotel. Be careful when you ask the check when checking out as they charged me the bill of another room from the night before in their Epic restaurant which is also not correct, but this I will report to Michelin as this is certainly not a 1 star worth.

Being a pet owner, it’s really hard to find five-star hotels accommodating pets; but I am very glad to have found one in Herceg Novi. I really loved my stay in Casa Del Mare; everyone was so friendly and accommodating, especially Katarina from the Reception Area and Filip from the Restaurant. Each room in this hotel has a different theme inspired by Mediterranean motives, spices, and herbs and all are overlooking the sea. My room was inspired by Lavender which represents refinement, grace, and elegance. It was also huge and the view from my room is absolutely stunning. They also had a wellness center which I really enjoyed. It was really tranquil, and I loved swimming in the warm pool and the aroma-steam room and sauna. A zen garden where you can relax and a gym are also available in the hotel. Lastly, I loved the Bocasa Beach Restaurant which was also overlooking the sea. They had an amazing great selection of wine and delicious food made from fresh ingredients. I also loved having breakfast with a breathtaking view!

Rooms are very clean and really nice. The spa is really brand new and beautiful. Chili music . There is a very good restaurant just crossing the street, with an amazing sea view . Will come back for sure with my customers. Top quality - price. 5 stars deserved

My partner and I have just enjoyed an amazing 3 night stay with Casa Del Mare Mediterraneo, and we cannot praise this hotel enough! Even before visiting the hotel, just from emailing concierge they have been so helpful answering any questions I had and arranging a private transfer for us from Tivat airport, and when we did land they helped us enormously when our flight was diverted to Dubrovnik airport in Croatia due to bad weather, the hotel were amazing and arranged a transfer to collect us from Croatia and to drive us across the border which just eased any stresses we were having with our flight. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were absolutely amazing, smiley and happy and ever so helpful, even with us knowing only the few words here and there of Montenegrin, everyone at the hotel speaks perfect English so could help us with any questions we had. Whether we were asking about arranging restaurant bookings, to taxis, to recommendations, all of the staff throughout the hotel were professional and ever so helpful. We stayed in room 3, inspired by seagull & sea. Our receptionist showed us to our room and perfectly explained all of the tech in the room. The room itself was beautifully designed with sentimental touches which really impressed, such as note written to us from the staff hoping we enjoy our stay and a glass dome with cookies! The different lighting options in the room was perfect and having the most beautiful sea view to wake up to was stunning. We were provided with dressing robes and slippers and rituals body products. Every day, the cleaners would come and clean the room and were so friendly and kind, and in the evening, they do turn down service where they get your bed ready for you to jump straight in after a busy day exploring Monte***** which even included little pillow chocolates. The rooms were very clean, including our balcony area, and the bedding and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel can arrange private transfers for you from and to the airport, which was not badly priced, and he is amazing! Super fun and seemed to enjoy the English banter, but he is super knowledgeable of the area and has great suggestions. We were just so disappointed our flight coming into Monte***** was such a disaster as otherwise we would have got to be in his car twice. Such a laugh! The breakfast at the hotel was crazy good! The breakfast staff couldn’t do enough for you and help explain all the yummy offerings for continental breakfast, which includes lots of amazing Montenegrin cuisine – amazing salads, pastries, and little toasts etc. As well as different juices and coffee/tea choices. Once you have eaten from this option, you are then given a hot breakfast option menu, and we sampled a few off this menu and everything was absolutely delicious but me having a sweet tooth I really recommend the Boka Pastries and Ricotta Pancakes.
