Broken heating
The hotel was good in general and the pub in the village that they recommended was great. Couldn’t ask for more from the reception team. The heating was broken and although they provided a fan heater for the room it wasn’t ideal. Hence the poor review.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on route to the highlands so not for the races.
There was really nothing around for miles which if you were staying for the races doesn’t really matter too much.
The room we stayed in was basic and quite run down definitely in need for some TLC. But! in saying that, it was clean and warm and it did what it needed to do.
Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Plenty of free car parking.

Staff very friendly.
There was no designated disabled parking which would have been useful. everything else was excellent and i will be recommending the Lodge at Perth Racecourse to friends

Great for 1 night stays.
Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food service was efficient and the room was very clean.

Next time I'll give it a miss
Really nice staff.
Nothing else positive to say. Very sad and tired room with little love or concern for the quality of guests' stay. Paintwork was unfinished in the bathroom, the shower leaked onto the floor and had black mould on the seal, dust and cobwebs in every corner, walls were paper thin, bedding was very old and worn, the room kettle couldn't fit under the faucet.
Next time, I'll be giving the Lodge a miss.

Comfy and relaxed stay with suoer friendly staff
Had a wonderful stay, super friendly staff and really accommodating... breakfast was excellent too! Would definitely use again for future visits! Thank you

Good hotel and comfortable rooms. Had 2 twins instead of a double unfortunately. Those beds were quite narrow, but comfortable

Average room in average condition. Room 1 shares a wall with the stairway so is very noisy.

No mention when booking that they wouldn’t be serving dinner and the closest place open is a 10 minute drive away.
